An educational environment suitable to development
Our ambition: to train future adults and develop their potential.
Academic and cross-disciplinary skills : Academic and cross-disciplinary skills: to enable children to acquire the knowledge and skills they need, based on human values, in a secure, caring and structured environment.
Personality development : Personality development: Passing on essential life skills and know-how that can be applied throughout life.

Trust
Children need to feel that the adults around them have faith in them and their potential. The development of self-confidence is placed at the centre of the educational approach through a stimulating environment and concrete activities.
Academic excellence
Ellipse does everything in its power to ensure that children achieve the academic standards and end-of-cycle skills set by the French Ministry of Education. In addition to the standards that must be achieved to ensure academic success, individual support encourages each child to excel and give the best of themselves.
Autonomy
By working at their own pace and organising their learning as they see fit, children develop a sense of independent decision-making. By creating disciplined freedom, children are guided towards discovery and self-discipline.
Personal ambition
Ambition is a key element in a child's personal development. Unlike a traditional education system, which shares pre-established facts with all pupils in the same way, Montessori values motivate children to develop their thirst for knowledge on an individual basis.
Discovering yourself and others
It is important to encourage children to explore their environment independently. This enables them to develop an understanding of their own bodies and abilities, and to interact with the world around them.
Collaborative aid
Children are encouraged to support each other, share their knowledge and cooperate. A group spirit develops rather than an individualistic competitive spirit. In terms of social growth too, cooperation builds trust and empathy.
Respect
Respect for others, for oneself and for the environment in which children grow up are values that go hand in hand with education. Teachers are trained in positive, caring and non-violent communication to reinforce respectful attitudes. Children are given a sense of responsibility from an early age, so that they become tolerant and indulgent citizens.
Opening up to the world
The variety of activities on offer requires the deployment of all the senses. This allows children to evolve in an environment that they understand and become familiar with. Their intellectual and motor skills, as well as their social skills, awaken their interest and curiosity about the world around them.
