The MONTESSORI Method applied to Ellipse in Primary School
- 100% compliance with the Montessori approach and requirements
The school’s management strives to maintain an environment that respects the fundamental principles delivered by Maria Montessori. Respect for the child, large and clear classrooms, approved and complete equipment, AMI certified teachers at each level of Primary (ages 2 to 11) and rigorous observation to make for an authentic and stimulating experience.
- Cambridge English program adapted to Montessori pedagogy from age 5.
From the last year of Kindergarten onwards, children follow the progression of the Cambridge English program and take the certifications at the end of primary school.
The Middle School employs active teaching methods that help students achieve the DNB and CAMBRIDGE certifications.
- An integrated bilingual program aiming for CAMBRIDGE certification.
A multilingual experience delivered by native English speaking teachers and caregivers helps children develop the language skills they need to adapt to a changing world. Daily life in both languages encourages communication and enriches the child’s culture.
The International High School
- Shared values and educational continuity all the way to High School.
The teaching provided is adapted to the development of students ages 2 to 18. It enables children who have followed a primary course at the school to continue their learning in a familiar environment until they sit national and international exams: brevet des collèges, IGCSE Cambridge, and International Diploma.

Ellipse Montessori Academy is a bilingual Montessori school in Paris. Located in the 7ee arrondissement, in a 6-story building, Ellipse Montessori Academy offers children a safe, eco-responsible environment using modern technologies.
The school was founded by parents that were keen to provide a responsible Montessori pedagogy that adapts to the child and to the world of today and tomorrow.
Since its creation in September 2017, the school has been based on Montessori pedagogy, an approach that aims to support children’s natural development by creating an environment adapted to their needs and age related characteristics.
Ellipse Montessori Academy’s mission is to educate and transfer skills and know-how to children and young people, while providing them with a solid academic foundation.
Since 2017, our commitment has been to help children succeed in life’s challenges and contribute to building a more responsible and caring future world. Accompanied by the parents of our students, and strengthened by positive results for several years, we are motivated to accelerate and develop the project to welcome more children, eventually up to the Baccalaureate.
