Extra-curricular activities at Ellipse
From 4pm to 6pm, the children's day can continue at Ellipse. After a snack with their carers, the children start their extra-curricular activities. As our after-school supervisor is part of the Ellipse team, she communicates with the educators throughout the day so that she can explain to parents how their child's day went if necessary.
Our extra-curricular activities are provided by professionals specialising in their field. We want the children to remain in a caring environment that respects their autonomy. That's why we train our staff in Montessori pedagogy.
Artistic, sporting or creative, our activities contribute to children's balance. They reinforce certain skills, in particular the development of concentration, responsibility and commitment, and social and collaborative interaction. They also allow children to surpass themselves, to challenge themselves and, in certain sporting activities, to compete against themselves or others, and to be able to manage their stress and emotions.
Extra-curricular activities at Ellipse are open to children from other schools. In this way, it is possible to widen the circle of friendships and share different social experiences.

The Brevet d'Initiation Aéronautique (BIA), like the diplôme national du brevet or the baccalauréat, is an official diploma awarded by the French education system, giving everyone the opportunity to discover the aeronautics sector and acquire invaluable scientific, technical and human knowledge.
